1. What is the best gift you received this year? (Tangible gifts only, please!)
Hasn't come yet. Kevin and I will be getting our new sofa on Saturday. It's our gift to each other.

2. What is the best gift you gave this year?
I don't know...I wasn't really expecting anyone to be excited about their presents. I guess to judge by reactions, the best one we gave was the five-pound bar of Hershey's chocolate we gave Ravi.

3. When did you do most of your shopping/creating?
Two weeks ago. Most of our gifts come from a catalog, so somewhere around the 12th we sat down and picked them out and placed the order.

4. Did you go shopping the day after Thanksgiving (U.S.)?
Oh hell no. I worked retail too many years, you can't pay me to go shopping on Black Friday. Though to be honest, I can't remember what I did do.

Today (the 26th)?
I'm at work.

5. What stands out already about Christmas 2007?
It feels like it was never really here.

Oooh...new sofa! That sounds like a great gift! :)

Yeah, I'm looking forward to it. :) It was on massive clearance, we saved over a thousand dollars. It's this big sectional sofa, pale butter yellow, excessively comfy, seats about eight or ten people. I can't wait. :D

It sounds great! I've decided that I LOVE sectional couches now. Especially big, plush ones. :)
