Look what she did!

This is a scene from the EQ series (volume 4), when Skinner's invisibility is cured. Elizabeth is seeing him, really seeing him, for the very first time. I can't believe how perfect everyone looks -- the expressions, the posture, the clothing -- and I absolutely love Elizabeth's hair. I am seriously in tears here! I'm amazed that something I wrote inspired something so wonderful!

Expression and character/person appropriate body language are the two most difficult things to do in art. Form can be mastered by wrote. Breathing life, especially into more than one character at a time, takes great skill and mastery. I'm only saying what's true. It's very impressive.

He's referring to his fanfiction "The League Extraordinaire," featuring a number of well-known spy and espionage type characters (Bond, etc.) from the 1970s. You can find it at Fanfiction.net. It's a well-written story.
