[livejournal.com profile] siriuslypeeved, you ROCK!

Look what she did this time! I think there's steam on the inside of my monitor from this!

I've never wanted to be Elizabeth so badly. ;)

I want to be her too. :( Alas, she has it good. Great friends, sexy redhead...

Yeah, she and I have a lot in common that way. ;)

Gorgeous picture. Damn that's the exact pose I've spent days looking for for one of my art projects! Can you ask your friend, Lady Norbert, what she used as a model, if anything?

*looks at [livejournal.com profile] siriuslypeeved* Madam? Your adoring public is calling. :)

LOL, hi! I am sorry to say, I didn't use any model. This pose came right outta my head. I would love to be able to afford models, but even my own family won't pose for me for free! ;-) It isn't easy, and I spent a lot of time correcting things about it, since Skinner is supposed to be quite a lot taller than she, and I wanted to make her look slightly off-balance because of the height difference.

LOL! I use photographs for modeling body proportions and pose. Either by googling or yahoo. And try putting kiss in that! *sigh* You did a marvelous job...question -- would you mind horribly if I used your pose as a model? The foot thing wouldn't be there, it's mostly for the arms and angle.

You have an awesome talent...wish I could pose people in my head like that. Unfortunately I am a visual person. I have to see it before I can draw it. blech.

I wouldn't mind at all. I'm incredibly flattered. :)

And, please believe me--my designs are full of proportion and perspective flaws. I did my time in figure drawing classes and studied anatomy, but I use photos for reference as far as expressions and physical characteristics. :)

Thank you! *is relieved* I've been wanting to depict a scene in my own fic, and it's a pretty passionate kiss. And this helps...down to the hands in his hair!

I did drawing classes too ages ago. I loved them, but they never let me draw what I wanted...sigh. I do have books though and the help. But like I said...I work of poses. I need to really visualize and examine things.
