1. Total number of books I own : A lot. Way more than is healthy. Of course, when my husband and I set up housekeeping together, our book collections merged and have since grown...I think all told, it must be in the vicinity of 500.
2. Last book I bought : Victoria Victorious, which I've not yet had a chance to read. I love biographies of monarchs, and she's a particular favorite.
3. Last book I read : Actually read with my eyes, not sure; think it might have been King Solomon's Mines, actually. (Understanding the daughter is a little easier when you've come to know the father.) Listened to on audiobook, The Sign of Four.
4. Five books that mean a lot to me: The Harry Potter series (especially book five), The Complete Sherlock Holmes (I can tell you're shocked), The Complete Works of Shakespeare, The Prydain Chronicles, and of course my ever-beloved The Princess Bride. Also the Bible.

Oooh, I didn't know you were an HP fan! Well, there you go, you learn something every day. That's one less person I have to feel guilty over boring to death with all my HBP squee. :)
OMG. 31 days. Aaaaahhhhhh.
So, who's you're favourite/least favourite character, what's your favourite part, etc etc? Yay, HP chat! :D
