It is quarter to six in the morning, and I have just finished reading Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. (I would have been done around 4:00, but things were so badly organized at Borders that we didn't get our copy until nearly 2:00.)

To borrow words from Professor Trelawney a few books ago, it is "greater and more terrible" than I could have imagined.

And with that, I am going to bed.

The spoilers I'd read were true. I'm more disappointed than I can say. Rowling acts as if she had no choice but for things to work out the way they have, but there's SO VERY MUCH she could have changed, and still made it the intense journey it was.
