GAAAAAH.

In the same ten-minute block of time, ALL of the following happened:

~ One of the two copiers broke down

~ Pastor locked his keys in his office

~ The subject of my current magazine piece returned my phone call from last night (and given that he's a bigwig at Harvard University Hospital, I had to talk to him while he was available)

~ Kevin's cell phone, which he maintains has been closed and kept in his pocket all morning, mysteriously decided to call mine and leave an incomprehensible voice mail in the form of a series of beeps

~ The choir director discovered that I'd accidentally folded the center page of tonight's bulletins upside down, which meant they all needed to be pulled apart, refolded, and reassembled

I love this holiday. No, really.

Yikes. Those ten minutes were out to get everyone! To the cell phone thing, I once had a voicemail from my brother that ran four and a half minutes and was totally incomprehensible. I could hear voices, though, and couldn't tell what was being said. Turns out it was in his pocket while he was at work and ended up randomly dialing me. Cell phones are getting scaaaary! >.> They can call us on their own!

They are freaky things -- and Kevin's phone is like mine, a flip phone that's not supposed to do anything if it's not open!

I hope you retrieved Jack's box from Switzerland, because whenever I finally get home from this nuthouse, I'm going to need some amusing time of not-much-thinking... ;)

I'm telling you, cells have minds of their own. They like to wait until their owners aren't looking and then call each other!

Hehehe. I was scared that your muse would go all nutso on me if I didn't get the box back, so I went and retrieved it. We shall throw the muses at each other and see what happens. XD

*huggles* I think it's hell week across the board and I second the scary phone thing...mine's a flip phone and it still randomly calls people O_o I'll keep praying extra blessings of peace down on your head this weekend!!!

Yeah, what's going on with you? You said something the other day that kind of made me worried, and last night I saw a post from Alex that didn't help either. Is everything all right? Do I need to go Molly Weasley on somebody?

I don't remember what I said honestly...so much is going on right now with school and getting these plays ready.
As for Alex's post, there is a school wide game of water tag going on and our group is kind of taking it really seriously and it's wearing him out. Can't really blame him as it's very nerve racking haveing to look over one's shoulder all the time wondering when you're going to get "taken out".
I don't think you need to go momma Weasley just yet but keep the wand handy just in case >_>

Ohh, THAT'S why he said he felt "hunted"! Now I understand. *laughs*

Clearly, Kevin's cell phone is in love with yours, and was trying to express said love the only way it could.

Maybe it's trying to get all the chaos out in one go, so the rest can be ker-win and awesome?
