ladynorbert: (jealousy)
[livejournal.com profile] book_addict directed her friends toward this website, which has a number of historically educational games; she was particularly showing us the game for Victorian manners. She was quite right when she said that the animation looks like something Terry Gilliam might have done, and I got a huge kick out of the nonsensical conversation between characters; my favorite was the guy who just kept saying "Boring, boring, boring." I want to try the two Victorian fashion games later, but I was very pleased by my performance on the manners game; all that research I've done for Elizabeth and Charlotte has apparently stayed with me! (Though when I put my gentleman in the wrong attire for a ball, I was much surprised to watch him be abducted by aliens.)

Sam, Phoenix, Q2 -- I'm sorry I disappeared on AIM so suddenly. It crashed, and I'm not about to try to reboot it. I'll talk to you after I get home.
