Random Russian friendings

It would seem that there is a situation here on LiveJournal in which people are being randomly friended by complete strangers whose journals are entirely written in Cyrillic.

If you've experienced this (as I now have), be aware that these journals are bots. Report the situation to LiveJournal's abuse team; apparently some 2,000 bot journals have been banned to date. You can't simply ban the journal from commenting, as they apparently will scan your public entries and repost the information somewhere.
