You're not the first to notice (http://www.sing365.com/music/archive.nsf/Josh-Groban-Believe-Review/7C358EDEC165ADC8482570D6002CEA4B), but it is weird that it wasn't caught. I guess there was an assumption that he'd be able to avoid spoonerisms, and focused more on the overall tone. You wouldn't expect somebody to screw up the lyrics in a song like that, after all.
