[personal profile] ladynorbert
The pain is subsiding, at least somewhat; it feels more stiff than anything now. In an effort to distract myself from it, I stole a handful of surveys from [livejournal.com profile] fl0rida and merged them into one long one.

What stuffed animal did you like best as a child?:
Lonely. He was this old stuffed dog that my grandparents found in the attic of a house they puchased when I was four, and decided that he needed to come and live with me. I still have him.

What's your favorite radio station?:
Whichever one is playing music that doesn't suck.

What's your favorite Pop-Tart flavor?:
Frosted Strawberry

Is there anything or anyone you're really envious of?:
Not especially, or at least no one particular. Maybe J. K. Rowling.

What's the most patriotic thing you've ever done?:
Made arrangements for the Sunday School to adopt a soldier.

Who's the last person you gossiped about?:
Lord, I don't know.

What's the last item you usually put on a sandwich?:
Gotta go with Shia here -- the second piece of bread.

How is it easiest for you to fall asleep at night?:
In a cool room, with Kevin next to me, preferably on my own flannel sheets.

Have you ever had a blind date?:
No, nor have I been a blind date. I didn't go blind until I was off the dating market, see, and...oh, never mind, bad pun.

Where is your favorite place to swim and why?:
The only place I will swim, generally speaking, is at my mom's. I'm weird about who's allowed to see me in my bathing suit.

What would you name your new puppy?:
Ignoring the fact that I wouldn't get a dog, I always thought I'd love to name a German shepherd "Donatello."

Who is your favorite female animated character?:
Tough call. In cartoons, I'll go with Kim Possible, since that's the only cartoon I've watched in a long time (and most of my other favorites have been male). In video games, Princess Zelda.

What's your favorite card game?:
Uno.

What's your favorite chewing gum?:
I'm really not a gum fan, actually.

How many T-shirts do you own (approximately)?:
It's hard to approximate, since Kevin and I share a lot of them. Between the two of us, I'd say at least fifty.

What's the first thing you'd buy with $1,000,000?:
I'd pay off the mortgage, of course. Then I'd build a two-car garage in the yard.

Who's your least favorite relative?:
The one we don't admit is related.

Who's the most famous person you've ever met?:
Met in person? That'd probably be the members of the Trans-Siberian Orchestra. Communicated with otherwise, Jason Flemyng. I am a rare species among LXG fangirls and fanboys; a member of the cast is aware of my existence (and has even called me "mate").

What's the most fun you've ever had in gym class?:
Getting excused to do something more relevant to my life. Gym classes were not my cup of tea.

Where is your favorite place to people-watch?:
Wherever I am.

Where's your favorite place to take a walk?:
Hawk Mountain, of course.

What was the best free sample you've ever gotten?:
Kettle Corn.

When was the last time you ordered from a children's menu?:
It's been several years, unless you count the fact that I periodically get a Happy Meal at McDonald's.

What's the most money you've ever spent, at one time, on clothes?:
Are we talking about my own money or my mother's? If my own, around a hundred bucks. If Mom's, double that.

Which one of the seven dwarfs are you most like?:
I'm kind of a cross between all seven.

What's the last thing you do before leaving the house in the morning?:
Lock the door.

What's your favorite brand of soap?:
I'm really not that particular.

What is the dumbest thing you have ever done?:
Oh, lord, we'll be here all day while I try to pick just one.

What do you sleep in?:
A bed. Yes, I know that's not what the question is about, but I'm being literal.

What Sesame Street character are you most like?:
Probably Big Bird, with a bit of Kermit the Frog thrown in.
