Less than an hour til Mom picks up Clez and me to head for the airport in Philadelphia. And then I shall be kid-less again. I miss my babies when they go away.

Anyway. The reason this is a public post is so that people who pay attention to harker_hall can see it; Clez and I have done quite a bit of talking about it, and even a little writing, while she's been here. I'm excited for the novels all over again. :) When we drove through Berks County earlier in the week, I was even able to point out to her the house that I use as my mental picture of Harker Hall, and she agreed that it suits pretty well. Once she's back in England and rested up good and proper, we're going to continue the work we've been doing on chapter two. There is much goodness to come; Sid geeks out some more, Tom burns breakfast, and they find out just what caught everyone's attention in the first chapter. Stay tuned to the comm -- it should be updated in a week or so, provided we get the online time we need to flesh it all out.

Oh, and we got our film developed this morning, so there will be picspam in the nearish future. *toddles off*

*huggles* Well, look on the bright side. Clez may be going home, but you got to enjoy having her around while it lasted and now you've got some new memories to keep you going!
