Home alone, because I'm a nice wife and suggested Kevin go spend some time with his best friend. Stole a meme from Clez to pass the time. Thought I'd show off the shiny new icon she found, too -- it's made by spubba, and it's McKay and Zelenka from Stargate Atlantis. Meanwhile, meme.

The shagging question, as usual, is answered in that alternate reality context where there is no Kevin. Because I do take my marriage seriously and stuff. (And trust me when I say that my answers to that question are no shock to him.)

LXG

1. The character I first fell in love with. Tom Sawyer. My love of Skinner was an acquired taste, but Tom had my attention the instant he pulled off that mask.
2. The character I never expected to love as much as I do now. Dorian -- I liked him in the movie, until I found out he was the tratior. After that I didn't like him (which, apart from the fact that he's dead, is the primary reason he's not in TPDoEQ) but the way without_ascript played him in RP made me really grow to love him. She redeemed him for me.
3. The character everyone else loves that I don't. Mina. Not that I hate her, because that's by no means the case, but I don't love her as much as a lot of other people do.
4. The character I love that everyone else hates. I don't think there's a lot of hate for him as much as there is neglect in the fandom -- Quatermain.
5. The character I would shag anytime. Let's just line them up....no, not you Mina. Not you, Nemo. The others, sure...
6. The character I'd want to be like. I'd really like to be a little more like a number of them. A dose of Tom's brashness and lack of fear, some of Mina's confidence, some of Quatermain's experience and determination, a little of Skinner's....actually, I think I've got enough of Skinner's personality.
7. The character I'd slap. Dorian, of course, because he deserves it. Granted, it might also turn him on.
8. A pairing that I love. Nemo/Nautilus XD
9. A pairing that I despise. Mina/Quatermain
10. Favourite character. Don't make me choooooose.

Firefly/Serenity

1. The character I first fell in love with. Kaylee. How do you not fall in love with her? She's adorable.
2. The character I never expected to love as much as I do now. All of them, considering how long I resisted the fandom, but especially Captain Tightpants.
3. The character everyone else loves that I don't. Simon. Like with Mina, I don't hate him -- he's a likeable guy. I'm just not as nuts about him as a lot of other people are.
4. The character I love that everyone else hates. As above, I wouldn't say people necessarily hate him, but Book. I relate well to Book, and I don't think too many other people do.
5. The character I would shag anytime. Maaaaaaal
6. The character I'd want to be like. I'd say Kaylee or Book, but a lot of people say I already am a hybrid of both of those. I wouldn't mind looking like Inara, that's for sure.
7. The character I'd slap. Jayne, hands down.

Law and Order (main franchise)

9. A pairing that I despise. Any of the slash -- unless it involves Serena Southerlyn, in which case it makes sense (since the character outed herself in her final episode).

Law and Order: Special Victims Unit

1. The character I first fell in love with. Munchie! John Munch, that is.
2. The character I never expected to love as much as I do now. Olivia Benson
3. The character everyone else loves that I don't. I can't think of any, really; I love just about everyone on that show.
4. The character I love that everyone else hates. I know a lot of people hate Casey Novak; I wouldn't say I love her myself, but I don't hate her.
5. The character I would shag anytime. On that show, I actually wouldn't shag anyone...but I'd love to have dinner with Munch.
6. The character I'd want to be like. Olivia, definitely.
7. The character I'd slap. Occasionally I wouldn't mind slapping Elliot Stabler.
8. A pairing that I love. Elliot and his wife
9. A pairing that I despise. Elliot/Olivia -- their relationship is so brother/sister, and people keep sending it to other places.
