Remember over the weekend, we were discussing military ranks? I left a few out. Here's the full list of ranking, from lowest to highest:

Private, Corporal, Sergeant, Second Lieutenant, First Lieutenant, Captain, Major, Lieutenant Colonel, Colonel, General.

Once they reach General, they get "promoted" by adding stars. Hence the term "four-star General."
