This lovely woman sent me a handmade shawl for my birthday! A beautiful deep green color, and made of chenille yarn so it's uber-soft! I LOVE it.

But you forgot to tell me its name. *grins*

I'm so glad you got it! ^_^ If it didn't, the girl at the UPS Store would have some 'splainin' to do...Sherlocky Wrath indeed!

The yarn I used is called "Lion Brand Suede" (http://www.lionbrand.com/yarns/lionSuede.html) and it truly does feel like it (though I can't imagine how they did that). The color is 'Sage.'

And truth be told, Mary Morstan Watson wears a shawl of that same design when she welcomes Watson home from Switzerland in Lost and Found (though hers is 'Eggplant').

So your shawl is--who else--Charlotte. ^_^
